*Sam Flores, is the most ego filled unprofessional, liability at a dealer I have experienced.
She said I was being rude when I said try and get change instead of telling me by tossing my paperwork at me.
I could not imagine having her negative aura and condescending attitude when, 10 seconds later....
MICHELLE WAS FANTASTIC AND JUST AGAIN SAVED What SAM FLORES just made someone else step up and Michelle deserves a raise.
If Sam wasn't so rude, she would have just gone to her fantastic manager, Sebastian or Laura who work together to direct the service dept.

Love my experience at Subaru in Irvine. Tim was my dealer and he was absolutely amazing. He knew from the moment I walked in that I wasn't playing any games with my car color and then I was there for the deals. As a woman, I especially appreciate not being scammed or pressured into anything that I don't need. I felt super comfortable and not pressured at all . Also added bonus when they didn't have the car color. I wanted the drove all the way down to San Diego to get the Make and Model that I wanted. That's what I call service!

I was able to experience such a professional service to my Outback Premium, 2025 at Frank’s Irvine Subaru. I had a couple of issues including rough idling when the AC was in manual mode, a Bluetooth issue, and some noise inside the panel. Clemente and Edd were amazing from start to finish. They fixed all my problems and even Edd explained the technical part of AC functionality. I was able to check the same vehicle to be sure that little rough idling when AC is in manual mode is normal.

I cannot praise James at Subaru of Irvine enough! From the moment we spoke on the phone, he was incredibly friendly, genuine, and truly focused on helping us.
Our experience at the Subaru dealership in Carlsbad was the complete opposite. We wasted two hours of our time there, and ultimately left without making any progress. It was a frustrating experience, but that’s when we found our way to James at Subaru of Irvine!
I called Frank's Subaru, and James answered right away. After sharing our terrible experience in Carlsbad, we explained that we wanted to test drive a Crosstrek, Forester, and Outback to figure out which one was the best fit for us. James was so understanding and empathetic, offering to set everything up for us without hesitation. His knowledge of the vehicles and the Subaru brand is impressive, and he was respectful and professional throughout the entire process. Honestly, working with him was a pleasure.
We ended up falling in love with one of the vehicles, and we’re hopeful to return this week and finalize the purchase. Even if things don’t work out, I highly recommend this dealership and, especially, James as a salesperson. He made all the difference in turning our experience around!

Have taken advantage of the "Rent A Subaru" program a couple of times now. The guys in the Service Department are top notch - both the Outback and Crosstrek were pristine and are pleasure to drive. All the warning lights came on in my 2020 Outback. Frank's Irving Subaru said "bring it in and we'll look at it right away". They did just that and discovered that my gas cap was loose. After clearing the car's computer, they returned the car to me without charge. Now that's service!

However took me a little bit of patience when claiming my car which was delayed at the washing department as per my service advisor maybe they are just cleaning the car very well hmmm. I had an issue with my battery after the car was about 4,000 mi outside my warranty. This happened on Christmas night after I had brought it in for service and it might have just been bad luck that a cell died on my battery. I also had an issue where one of my floor mats went missing after a routine maintenance on my car. I told Frank Subaru about the incidents that happened and they credited my next service and then they also replace the floor mat. Everybody makes mistakes but when they come through to correct them and they go above and beyond it's really appreciated. I will continue to bring my car to Frank's Irvine Subaru.

Frank's Subaru is the only place I will take my Subaru and also buy a new car from, as well as my family. They are not your normal dealership, they actually care about keeping you and your family safe as well as fixing your car until it is actually fixed, (and they don't tell you other fake stuff you need) they have kept my family and I safe and make sure we are well accommodated with a vehicle while my car is being repaired so I can tend to my daughter, as I am a single mom. Sebastian the manager is so amazing and Clemente and Tyler along with such an amazing staff who are literally like family to us now! Great experience. Laura Flanagan was so helpful and considerate of my situation. I was far from home and saw an alert on my car that required service before driving further. I was on my way to an event, due to start in 45 mins. Laura immediately suggested a rental, and promised to keep in touch. The Technical kept testing the car to eventually find intermittent issue that affected transmission. Repair took a while but by adding additional help they were able to get my car back to me that day before closing. I can't thank Laura and the technicians enough.
